www.pregelamerica.com. Launched Spring 2010, the recipe database contains hundreds of recipes for gelato, sorbetto, Tenero (soft serve) and pastry. Highlighting recipes created by PreGel’s Corporate Pastry Chef Frederic Monti along with the PreGel Training Center team and 5-Star Chefs, the recipe database is truly one-of-a-kind. Featured in the database are unique recipes ranging from basic gelato flavors to high-level pastries, and the company plans to consistently add to it as they develop new specialty desserts.
Visitors to the site have the ability to find exactly the recipes they are looking for by using the database’s easy navigation and product search tools. Recipes are classified by PreGel products used, categories (such as Spring Favorites), and keywords. They each also feature an easy print button so recipe seekers can immediately print their new recipes.
