10g0.4oz5-Star Chef Pastry Select Vanilla Compound
5g0.1oz5-Star Chef Pastry Select Cinnamon Compound
30g1.1ozPreGel Malaga Traditional Paste
30g1.1ozorange zest

Rice Pudding


  1. Combine the milk, rice, and 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Vanilla Compound in a pot; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until rice is tender, stirring frequently, about 25 minutes.
  3. Mix in the sugar, 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Cinnamon Compound, PreGel Malaga Traditional Paste (Rum Soaked Raisins) and orange zest.
  4. Cook until mixture thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes longer.
  5. Pour into desired serving bowls or cups.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. When ready to serve, garnish as desired.
