|180g||6.35oz||PreGel Fruttosa® (Milk & Water Based - KSA Dairy - Hot/Cold Process)|
- Place the milk in a large mixing container.
- Whisk together the sugar, milk powder and PreGel Fruttosa® to remove any lumps.
- With an immersion blender, mix the milk while slowly adding the dry ingredients.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the caramel popcorn and blend with an immersion blender until there are no large pieces of popcorn remaining.
- Allow mix to infuse overnight, then strain.
- Process in soft serve machine according to the machine instructions.
