Avocado GelatoDirections:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except avocado.
  2. Blend with immersion blender.
  3. Pasteurize mixture at 85°C/185°F.
  4. Cool to 4°C/40°F.
  5. Add avocado and blend well.
  6. Pour in batch freezer and freeze.
