Training and education are crucial in our sector. They represent a service that PreGel has been providing to clients and investors worldwide for years. With this objective in mind, PreGel continues to nurture this resourceful benefit for our current and future business partners.
Only 45 minutes north of Toronto and 45 minutes from Lester B. Pearson Airport is another success-inspired resource from PreGel Canada to inspire the passion of emerging and veteran dessertpreneurs. Located at 221 Don Hillock Drive, Aurora, ON, L4G 0K2 is the PreGel International Training Centers – Ontario, the newest addition to PreGel’s network of state-of-the-art training facilities.
Having opened in January 2017, the new Ontario location will feature classes consisting of two parts: classroom theory and hands-on application. The ITC showcases the effective use of artisanal products and the myriad of applications PreGel’s specialty dessert ingredient solutions produce.
The internal structure is complete with four work stations — two stations set up for gelato, one for pastry, and one for chocolate — the teacher’s station, and a small café setting. Three large televisions make up the audio-visual equipment which is utilized to project presentations and recipes while the hands-on segment of class is being taught, making it possible for all attendees to follow along.
Additionally, periodic pastry demonstrations will be hosted throughout the year. Soft serve classes will be available upon request only.
PreGel Canada also offers classes at its International Training Centers facility in Vancourver, British Columbia.
