Meringue gourmet, gelato decorating, and cake decorating are examples of very successful, different, and innovative classes we held during the end of 2017 at our ITC. These classes had great attendance and created high demand. Based on this success, we already have new and innovative classes with more renowned chefs scheduled for 2018 such as a pastry feature with Chef Jose Negreiros—a noted finalists on “Bake Off Brasil,” one of Brasil’s famous culinary TV programs.
PreGel Canada Toronto, Ontario
Chef Rodney Alleguede joined our team as an ITC instructor to mainly teach the Frozen Cakes, Pops, and Novelties classes. Chef Rodney also conducted our first ever pastry-focused class, titled Modernizing Classic French Pastries.
PreGel Colombia Bogotá, Colombia
In September 2017, Gelato Master Pablo Dell’ Aguila led a gelato training at the PreGel International Training Centers – Colombia, where he trained all of the chefs and instructors of the Latin America subsidiaries. It was a very successful week for our chefs and instructors, as Pablo shared a lot from his international experience from more than thirty years of travelling, teaching, learning, and working in the gelato industry.
