HIBISCUS TEA AND RASPBERRY SOFT SERVE

Create the delicate aroma of hibiscus blended with PreGel Raspberry Super Sprint (with Pieces) for a refreshing soft serve treat.
For Hibiscus Tea

3800g (134.0oz)                                      Water
454g (16.0oz)                                           Dry Hibiscus Flowers
Method of Preparation:

  1. Bring the water to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour over the dry hibiscus flowers.
  2. Steep the tea for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the flowers out of the tea and discard. Cool the tea completely and set aside for assembly.

For Soft Serve

3000g (105.8oz)                                       Hibiscus tea
1000g (35.3oz)                                         PreGel Raspberry Super Sprint (With Pieces)

Method of Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Process in soft serve machine per machine instructions.
