280g (9.8oz)                                  PreGel Biscotto Traditional Paste (Cookie)
500g (17.6oz)                                 Sugar
90g (2.8oz)                                     PreGel Dextrose
as desired                                        PreGel Pino Pinguino® Graham Cracker Arabeschi®
as desired                                        PreGel Apple Pie Arabeschi®
270g (9.5oz)                                    PreGel Totalbase® (Water & Milk Base – Cold Process)

Method of Preparation:

  1. In a large mixing container combine the milk, cream, and the PreGel Biscotto Traditional Paste (Cookie).
  2. Mix together all of the dry ingredients to remove any lumps.
  3. With an immersion blender, combine the liquid ingredients while slowly adding the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place in soft serve machine and follow the machine instructions.
  6. Swirl into dish and drizzle PreGel Pino Pinguino® Graham Cracker Arabeschi® and PreGel Apple Pie Arabeschi® on top of it.
