The first quarter of 2018 has been a busy one for the PreGel America International Training Centers. Aside from offering training and guidance through a variety of class offerings approved by the American Culinary Federation for Continuing Education Hours, our chefs have been hosting Open House events across the country. Beginning with Dallas, TX, and followed by Ft. Lauderdale, FL, then Los Angeles, CA, aspiring chefs and business owners/operators have had the opportunity to network with some of the finest chefs in the industry, and sample amazing specialty frozen desserts and pastry made with PreGel’s fine ingredients. Visitors were also exposed to several brands of top-tier equipment utilized in all PreGel state-of-the-art kitchens.
The International Training Centers in Chicago, IL and Charlotte, NC are planning to host similar Open House events in June
