The Reporting Analyst for PreGel America, Inc. will gather and analyze information about sales and finances and identify trends and forecasts to predict future business activity. Additional duties as Salesforce administrator will require the maintaining and expanding of the Salesforce platform within our company. The person holding this position will create queries, dashboards, reports and spreadsheets to assist management with business decisions and strategies. The position will require excellent organizational skills and will work closely with the Finance, Sales, and IT managers. The Reporting Analyst will report to the Head of Finance. Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools within Salesforce, SAP B1, and Excel
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key financial and data points
  • Regularly examine reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
  • Serve as Salesforce administrator in maintaining and expanding the use of Salesforce within our company
  • Assist in growing our Salesforce platform in creating or deciding on which tools are needed
  • Support various departments, including finance, sales and marketing, in reaching their goals through analysis
  • Timely respond to data requests providing accurate and complete information
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
  • Miscellaneous projects or other duties as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance Administration or Computer Science.
  • One to three years of experience as a financial or business analyst or Salesforce administrator
  • Experience and knowledge in Salesforce creating reports and willingness to expand role
  • Experience in SAP B1 or other object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
