Sampling Department Technician

The Sampling Department Technician will be responsible for the production and shipment of samples to customers, trade show attendees, and training center staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Producing and packaging product samples
  • Washing dishes and equipment
  • Packing samples for shipments
  • Make shipping labels
  • Use UPS World Ship, SAP and Micro
  • Ordering inventory and supplies for department
  • Stocking shelves

Required Skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to be active and mobile
  • Able to lift 50-lbs
  • Work as a team member but also be able to work independently
  • Be detail oriented
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Be able to manage stressful situations
  • Be able to be flexible and expect urgent situations

Required Education and Certification

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Serv-Safe certification is preferred
